Real-World Training for the Real World Our flagship, high-intensity transformation isn't "basic obedience or scentwork" in a quiet hall. We build reliability where it actually matters: the woods, the town centre, and the open countryside of West Sussex. Flexible Delivery: This programme is delivered through 1-to-1 sessions or as a bespoke collect-and-train service (available within Crawley or at an additional cost for surrounding areas). The Reliable Recall Blueprint Master a “non-negotiable” return-to-owner, even mid-chase or mid-play. Advanced Neutrality Training Teach your dog to ignore cyclists, livestock, joggers, and everyday chaos so walks become calm and enjoyable. Scentwork training Should you not need obedience training, we can train your dog in scentwork from scent detection or things like tracking. We've also helped schools with vape detection dogs or specialist departments wanting victim recovery dogs. 6 Months of Priority Support Direct WhatsApp access for quick advice, video reviews, and real-time guidance between sessions. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy: Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Self‑Service Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through your online account any time before the 24‑hour cut‑off. Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. No‑Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice also results in the loss of full payment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You may notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or through the booking system. Group Classes: No refunds are available for group classes; monthly commitment is required. Collect & Train Disclaimer By booking the Collect & Train service, you acknowledge that while every reasonable effort will be made to achieve your desired outcome, all dogs learn at different rates and in different ways. As with any work involving animals, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
