🏠 house sitter Rates

Short-Term Assignments (up to 3 days) – £70/day Includes sitter’s daily allowance, watering of houseplants, and all standard house-sitting duties.

Extended Stays (30+ days) – £50/day
Travel is included at no extra charge.

⏰ Time-Based Adjustments
Should your sitter arrive before 10:00 on the first day, or your return is after 15:00 on the last day, please allow for an additional day’s charge. This ensures travel is safe—especially during darker winter hours. Charges apply only if the extended time goes beyond one hour.

🏖️ Bank Holiday Surcharge
A £12/day surcharge applies for each Bank Holiday falling within your booking dates.

🐾 Daily Pet Care

- Chickens, ducks, geese – £1 each (first 10), minimum £3/day
- Additional birds – £0.50 each
- Other pets – rates available upon request

🚗 Travel
Travel charges typically sit at £60, with a maximum of £100 depending on location. No charge within a 20 minute drive of Crawley.

🌿 Other Services
We won’t add unexpected costs. Additional services such as gardening, lawn care, or specific tasks are billed at £13.50/hour, agreed in advance.

Some of our sitters are also experienced with cattle, sheep, and goats. Let us know your requirements for a bespoke quote.

- Payment required in advance (as per invoice)
- No VAT, and no deposit required
- Preferred method: Bank Transfer
- Also accepted: Cheque, Revolut, Credit Cards via Stripe/GoCardless
