Cancellation Policy
To ensure fairness and smooth scheduling for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy: - 🕒 Notice Requirement All cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of your service. - ❌ Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, or failure to attend a scheduled session without prior communication, will result in loss of payment for that session. - 📱 How to Cancel or Reschedule Please notify us via text or email as soon as possible if you need to make changes. We’ll do our best to accommodate where notice is sufficient. This policy helps us honour our commitment to all clients and ensures trainers’ time is respected.
