Before booking our 3‑hour intensive training, we require a short phone consultation to ensure this service is the right fit for you and your dog. What this call is: A 15‑minute conversation focused on understanding your dog’s needs and your training goals. An opportunity for us to assess whether the intensive session is suitable for your situation. A chance to outline how the process works, so you feel confident moving forward. What this call is not: This consultation is not an advice session or a substitute for training. It is purely to determine suitability before committing to the intensive programme. Fee & Refund Policy: A consultation fee applies at the time of booking. If you proceed with the intensive training, your consultation fee will be fully refunded. One quick call. Clear expectations. Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy regarding cancellations and appointment changes: - Notice Requirement: All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full payment for that session. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of full payment. - How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients must notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or booking system to ensure timely communication. - No refunds are available for group classes. You are committing to each month. By booking a session with Off-Leash Obedience, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
