Cancellation Policy

Mantrailers Night Out – Terms & Conditions 1. Eligibility Attendance is exclusively for active Mantrailing clients who have been consistently training with Off‑Leash Obedience for a minimum of 60 days prior to the event date. Off‑Leash Obedience reserves the right to verify attendance history before confirming a place. 2. What Off‑Leash Obedience Will Cover Each eligible attendee will receive: One main meal of their choice from the venue’s standard menu. One alcoholic drink (beer, wine, cider, or a single‑measure spirit with mixer). Non‑alcoholic alternatives may be chosen instead of the alcoholic drink if preferred. 3. Additional Food & Drink Any additional drinks, including further alcoholic beverages, soft drinks, cocktails, or premium upgrades, are the sole responsibility of the attendee. Any extra food items, sides, desserts, or menu upgrades beyond the included items must also be paid for by the attendee directly to the venue. 4. Behaviour & Conduct Attendees are expected to behave respectfully towards staff, other guests, and the venue. Off‑Leash Obedience reserves the right to remove any attendee whose behaviour is unsafe, disruptive, or inappropriate. 5. Booking & Attendance Spaces may be limited and will be allocated on a first‑come, first‑served basis. If you reserve a place and later cannot attend, you must notify Off‑Leash Obedience as early as possible so the space can be offered to another handler. 6. Liability Off‑Leash Obedience is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or losses that occur during the event. Attendees participate at their own risk and are responsible for their own personal belongings. 7. Photography & Social Media Photos may be taken during the event for community sharing and promotional use. If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform the organiser in advance.
