Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy: Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Self‑Service Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through your online account any time before the 24‑hour cut‑off. Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. No‑Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice also results in the loss of full payment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You may notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or through the booking system. Group Classes: No refunds are available for group classes; monthly commitment is required. Collect & Train Disclaimer By booking the Collect & Train service, you acknowledge that while every reasonable effort will be made to achieve your desired outcome, all dogs learn at different rates and in different ways. As with any work involving animals, specific results cannot be guaranteed.
