Service Description
Month 2 is your dog’s official assessment month, where we review all the core Bronze skills and check whether your team is ready to move into the next training group. Throughout the month, we revisit the key behaviours introduced in Month 1engagement, loose‑lead walking, recall foundations, impulse control, and calm handling and give you structured opportunities to demonstrate them in a real training environment. At the end of the month, you’ll take part in a short, supportive assessment designed to show how confidently you and your dog can apply these skills. This isn’t about perfection; it’s about progress, teamwork, and readiness. If you pass, you’ll move up into the next group. If you need a little more time, we’ll guide you on exactly what to focus on so you can succeed. You’ll finish Month 2 with clear feedback, a sense of achievement, and a personalised plan for your dog’s next steps.

Cancellation Policy
Group Class Cancellation Policy Our group classes run on a monthly schedule, and payment is taken in advance to secure your place for that month. Missed Sessions If you miss a session for any reason, we’re unable to offer refunds or credits. Your space is reserved for you for the full month, and class numbers are capped to ensure quality and safety. Changing Your Mind If you decide not to continue, you can cancel and receive a full refund up to one week before the first session of the new month. After this point, your place is confirmed and the month’s fee becomes non‑refundable. Why This Policy Exists Group classes rely on stable numbers to run effectively. This policy ensures fairness for all clients and allows us to maintain consistent, high‑quality training for every dog and handler.
