Rescheduling Your Booking
We do not offer refunds for any bookings. However, you may reschedule your session online up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Simply log into your booking account and select a new date that suits you.

Missed Sessions & Late Changes
If you miss your session or attempt to reschedule less than 24 hours before the start time, your payment will be forfeited. This ensures fairness to our trainers and helps us maintain a consistent, high-quality service for all.

No Refunds Policy
All payments are non-refundable. By booking with Off-Leash Obedience, you agree to this policy.
