Service Description
🛑 This service is not available to new customers. Join us every Tuesday for a structured group walk in our secure dog field. It’s a wonderful chance for familiar faces to reconnect, stretch their legs, and practise calm social behaviour in a safe, enclosed environment. We offer collection and drop-off services for all participating dogs. This session is designed for dogs who’ve already trained with us and are comfortable working alongside others. It’s not a free-for-all: we focus on, engagement around distractions, and respectful group dynamics. Cancellation Policy
Arrival Times Group Walks: Collection times are a rough guide only and not exact. Routes, traffic, and dog management can cause natural variation. If we are running significantly late, we will always inform you. Ad‑Hoc Walks: We aim to arrive at your scheduled time, but please allow a 30‑minute window either side for any delays. Group Walk Membership Group walks run on a monthly rolling basis. We require 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to end your place in the group. Rescheduling & Refunds 24 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling. No refunds are issued for cancellations or missed sessions. Hot Weather Policy Your dog’s safety is always our priority. In hot weather, if we deem normal walking hours unsafe, group walks may be moved to any time from 5am. If an early slot is offered and you choose to decline, payment is forfeited, as the service is still being provided safely. For ad‑hoc walks, if conditions are unsafe, a welfare visit will be carried out instead (garden toilet break, water check, wellbeing check). Safety & Welfare All decisions made regarding timing, location, or service adjustments are done with your dog’s welfare at the forefront.
