🛑 This service is not available to new customers. Give your enthusiastic retriever a focused training tune-up! Join us every Thursday for a structured walk and exercise session designed for retrievers who have previously trained with us and perform well in a familiar group setting. Held in our secure, fully fenced dog field, this session focuses on steady walking, calm carrying (retrieving work), and maintaining focus around distractions — all tailored to the patience and working drive of the retriever breed. ✨ Key Details: Secure, Enclosed Field: The session takes place in a fully enclosed space with controlled entry for maximum safety. Retriever-Only Group: A focused group walk with known dogs and handlers, supporting steady and consistent behaviour. Training Focus: Concentrating on impulse control, reliable returns, and calm engagement for a purposeful outlet. 🚫 Please Note: This walk is strictly for established clients only and is not suitable for new clients or dogs without prior Off-Leash Obedience experience with us. It is ideal for maintaining training standards, reinforcing reliable behaviour, and providing your retriever with a practical and trusted working session.

Cancellation Policy

Arrival Times Group Walks: Collection times are a rough guide only and not exact. Routes, traffic, and dog management can cause natural variation. If we are running significantly late, we will always inform you. Ad‑Hoc Walks: We aim to arrive at your scheduled time, but please allow a 30‑minute window either side for any delays. Group Walk Membership Group walks run on a monthly rolling basis. We require 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to end your place in the group. Rescheduling & Refunds 24 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling. No refunds are issued for cancellations or missed sessions. Hot Weather Policy Your dog’s safety is always our priority. In hot weather, if we deem normal walking hours unsafe, group walks may be moved to any time from 5am. If an early slot is offered and you choose to decline, payment is forfeited, as the service is still being provided safely. For ad‑hoc walks, if conditions are unsafe, a welfare visit will be carried out instead (garden toilet break, water check, wellbeing check). Safety & Welfare All decisions made regarding timing, location, or service adjustments are done with your dog’s welfare at the forefront.
