Service Description
Thank You for Your Service – Come Have Some Fun! As a token of appreciation for all you do, we’d love to invite you and your dogs to enjoy our agility equipment. It’s a chance to unwind, have a laugh, and let your dogs stretch their legs in a safe, supportive space. Please note: availability is numbers‑dependent and open only to dogs currently working with Surrey Search and Rescue.

Cancellation Policy
Our group classes rely on minimum numbers to run safely and effectively. By booking, you reserve your space for the full block of training. Class Structure & Payments Your payment covers a 4‑week block of classes. Occasionally, when a calendar month contains 5 weeks, we’ll include the extra session free of charge as a thank‑you for your commitment. Missed Sessions If you miss a session for any reason, it is taken at your own expense. We’re unable to offer refunds, credits, or make‑up sessions for missed classes. Refunds Refunds are not issued for group classes. This ensures fairness for all clients and allows us to maintain stable class numbers and high‑quality training. Class Numbers If we do not meet the minimum number of participants required for a class to go ahead, we will contact you directly and arrange an alternative date or transfer your booking.
