Service Description
This Sunday’s mantrailing session is running exactly as outlined in the email you received. This group is invite‑only, and spaces can only be booked through the private link sent directly to selected handlers. This session is designed for those already working within our mantrailing programme and ready for the specific focus, structure, and progression planned for this weekend. All details regarding meeting point, timings, kit requirements, and dog suitability are included in your email — please refer to it before attending.

Cancellation Policy
To ensure safe, high‑quality sessions, all Mantrailing classes require a minimum of 4 participants to run. Rescheduling & Cancellations (Client‑Initiated) We understand that life happens and plans can change. You may reschedule your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your session. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the session will forfeit the full payment, as your space cannot be reallocated at short notice. Low‑Numbers Cancellations (Off‑Leash Obedience‑Initiated) If we do not reach the minimum number of 4 participants: Off‑Leash Obedience may cancel the session. Any clients who have not cancelled their booking will have their session automatically carried over to a future date. No refunds are issued for low‑number cancellations; your booking is simply transferred. Agreement By booking a Mantrailing session, you acknowledge and agree to the terms above.
