If you’re dealing with biting, chewing, toilet training struggles, jumping, zero focus, pulling, or a puppy who won’t come back when called, these short, fun sessions build solid foundations fast. Each session is tailored to your puppy’s behaviour and attention span, helping you create good habits early and see real progress in everyday life. What we work on: Recall foundations that actually stick Loose‑lead basics for calmer walks Focus and engagement around distractions Calm settling at home and in new environments Confidence‑building socialisation Early behaviour issues like nipping, jumping, chewing and over‑excitement What’s included: 1 home visit if needed (message before your first session) 4 private 30‑minute training sessions designed for short puppy attention spans Personalised training plan after session 1 WhatsApp support between sessions for quick guidance Puppy socialisation check sheet to support early development
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling You may reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours before your session start time. This ensures we can manage our diary fairly for all clients. Cancellations & No‑Shows If you do not reschedule within the 24‑hour window, or If you do not attend your appointment (no‑show), Payment will be forfeited as the session time has been reserved exclusively for you. Refunds We do not issue refunds for private sessions under any circumstances. Commitment to Quality Your session time is dedicated solely to you and your dog. These policies help us maintain fairness, consistency, and high‑quality service for every client.
