Your dog will be collected, transported, and expertly handled as part of a structured, professional pack. You get to put your feet up for the evening, and they get the ultimate, high-energy beach workout. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy: Notice Requirement: Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time. Self‑Service Rescheduling: You may reschedule your appointment through your online account any time before the 24‑hour cut‑off. Late Cancellations: Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the full session fee being forfeited. No‑Shows: Failure to attend without prior notice also results in the loss of full payment. How to Cancel or Reschedule: You may notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or through the booking system. Group Classes: No refunds are available for group classes; monthly commitment is required.
