Service Description
Our Weekly Woodland Walks are available exclusively to existing clients who have been pre‑approved for booking. This ensures every dog in the group is safe, suitable, and ready for real‑world adventure. Each walk lasts one full hour, giving your dog the chance to stretch their legs, explore, and enjoy structured freedom in a natural woodland environment. These walks are ideal for dogs who love that extra bit of freedom and have a reliable recall. It’s the perfect step up from the secure field, helping your dog practise their skills confidently out in the real world. As an added perk, this group also gets priority access to reserve a swimming spot before it opens to the public, and at a discounted rate. collection between 7:30-8am Please note: Bookings are only accepted for dogs we have previously worked with and approved for this service.

Cancellation Policy
Arrival Times Group Walks: Collection times are a rough guide only and not exact. Routes, traffic, and dog management can cause natural variation. If we are running significantly late, we will always inform you. Ad‑Hoc Walks: We aim to arrive at your scheduled time, but please allow a 30‑minute window either side for any delays. Group Walk Membership Group walks run on a monthly rolling basis. We require 2 weeks’ notice if you wish to end your place in the group. Rescheduling & Refunds 24 hours’ notice is required for any rescheduling. No refunds are issued for cancellations or missed sessions. Hot Weather Policy Your dog’s safety is always our priority. In hot weather, if we deem normal walking hours unsafe, group walks may be moved to any time from 5am. If an early slot is offered and you choose to decline, payment is forfeited, as the service is still being provided safely. For ad‑hoc walks, if conditions are unsafe, a welfare visit will be carried out instead (garden toilet break, water check, wellbeing check). Safety & Welfare All decisions made regarding timing, location, or service adjustments are done with your dog’s welfare at the forefront.
