Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling You may reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours before your session start time. This ensures we can manage our diary fairly for all clients. Cancellations & No‑Shows If you do not reschedule within the 24‑hour window, or If you do not attend your appointment (no‑show), Payment will be forfeited as the session time has been reserved exclusively for you. Refunds We do not issue refunds for private sessions under any circumstances. Commitment to Quality Your session time is dedicated solely to you and your dog.
