If our schedule appears full, you’re welcome to call us directly we may still be able to arrange an emergency walk outside standard hours. Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling You may reschedule any appointment up to 24 hours before your session start time. This ensures we can manage our diary fairly for all clients. Cancellations & No‑Shows If you do not reschedule within the 24‑hour window, or If you do not attend your appointment (no‑show), Payment will be forfeited as the session time has been reserved exclusively for you.
