Service Description

Our much-talked-about Bronze group is back this January open to all new dogs, from playful pups to older companions looking for a fresh start. This course goes right back to basics, helping you build solid foundations in obedience, confidence, and communication. Whether you're starting out or resetting the clock, Bronze offers a supportive space to learn, grow, and bond with your dog. We cover core skills with clarity and care, setting you both up for long-term success. How it works: The full Bronze journey runs over two months We ask for just one month’s commitment at a time Your fee secures a fixed weekly training slot for that month You’re welcome to continue into Month Two if it’s a good fit What’s included: Expert-led sessions tailored to beginners of all ages A welcoming group environment with plenty of encouragement Practical guidance, troubleshooting tips, and mindset support throughout Let’s make January the month your dog finds their stride.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy regarding cancellations and appointment changes: - Notice Requirement: All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full payment for that session. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of full payment. - How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients must notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or booking system to ensure timely communication. - No refunds are available for group classes. You are committing to each month. By booking a session with Off-Leash Obedience, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
