Service Description
Month Two of our Bronze Course is dedicated to assessment and progression. This stage is designed to evaluate the skills and confidence built during Month One, ensuring both dog and handler are ready to move forward. - ✅ Focused Assessments – We’ll review obedience foundations and handler communication, checking how well the basics are established. - 🎯 Tailored Feedback – Each team receives clear guidance on strengths and areas for improvement, helping you refine your training journey. - 🐾 Progression Pathways – Successful completion sets you up for the next stage of training, with a strong emphasis on confidence and consistency. ⚠️ Important: - This month is not suitable for new dogs. - You must have completed Month One of the Bronze Course before joining Assessment Month.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy To ensure fairness and efficiency for all clients, Off-Leash Obedience maintains the following policy regarding cancellations and appointment changes: - Notice Requirement: All cancellations or requests to reschedule must be made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled start time of the service. - Late Cancellations: Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment will result in the forfeiture of the full payment for that session. - No-Shows: Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice will also result in the loss of full payment. - How to Cancel or Reschedule: Clients must notify Off-Leash Obedience via phone or booking system to ensure timely communication. - No refunds are available for group classes. You are committing to each month. By booking a session with Off-Leash Obedience, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined above.
